Refund Policy
Withdrawal of players after team formation and season start is disruptive to the league team, the players, and additional player applicants that otherwise would have selected or placed a team. Our refund policy is there to encourage player stability after the season start.
Refunds for the season are subject to the following policies:
- Withdrawal before August 30: Full refund if medical note provided. Any other reason, full refund minus $50 administration fee will be refunded from each program.
- Withdrawal after August 30: Full refund if medical note provided. Any other reason, no refund once teams are formed.
- Withdrawal after September 30: Prorated refund based on when the illness/injury occurred if medical note provided. No refunds for any other reason.
- All refunds DO NOT INCLUDE the processing fees by the registration system. These fees are solely on the registrant and will not be included in the refund.

Spring Programs
- Withdrawal before April 1: Full refund if medical note provided. Any other reason, full refund minus $50 administration fee will be refunded.
- Withdrawal after April 1: Prorated refund based on amount of sessions and minus $50 administration fee will be refunded.
